The dura spindle is made according to one of the methods to make ship exhaust valve spindle. Compared to the existing method, Nimonic 90 A casting spec(integrated), since it uses lower costs material ?SNCrW, it can improve part durability and reduce the costs.

※The seat area requiring good hardness is groove processed and the GMAW welding (welding material: inconel 718) is performed and the rolling press is used to improve the hardness of the welded area. |
